We hope you love your jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the information below.

 

 

 

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

 

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

 

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

 

To be eligible for a refund:

 

  • Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

 

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

 

 

Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

 

 

Made-to-order, customised or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

 

This includes items made to specific sizes or bespoke alterations.

 

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.

 

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the item is faulty.

 

 

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

 

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned.

 

 

 

Refund Processing

 

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you.

 

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
