Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wrixton-Smyth Creations. Each piece is carefully handcrafted in Dorset, and we aim to dispatch orders as promptly and securely as possible.
Processing Times
As each item is handmade, please allow:

In-stock items: up to 3 working days for dispatch (but usually much faster)

Made-to-order items: 1–3 weeks (unless otherwise stated on the product page)
If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
UK Shipping
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail using Special delivery, which is a tracked and signed for service.
If your order is £30 or less you can choose Royal Mail 1st class delivery at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Royal Mail Special Delivery : 1-2 working days

Royal Mail 1st class : 3-5 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.
Free local pick up
We offer a free local pick up service. Place an order online and select this option at the checkout.
Pick up is from SouSou west Gallery at Symondsbury Estate. ( In the same location as my original shop )
You will receive a pick up ready email once your order is at the gallery.
Please ask at the counter with your name and have your order confirmation ready if needed.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on destination and will be shown at checkout.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
Packaging
All jewellery is carefully packaged in a branded box, suitable for gifting. We aim to use minimal and recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
