Frequently asked questions
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
• Store it in a dry place
• Avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals
• Remove before swimming or showering
• Gently polish silver with a soft cloth ( more details on this can be found in Caring for your jewellery section)
Gold requires minimal maintenance but should still be stored carefully.
If the item you are wanting to purchase is out of stock, please click on the back in stock request on the item description page. This allows me to prioritise items when making more stock.
I make all items myself, so please understand I aim to restock as soon as possible, usually within 2 weeks ( longer for Gold or heavier items due to hallmarking requirements).
Yes. All items that meet the legal weight requirement under UK law are hallmarked in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973
We are registered with the London Assay Office, and our hallmark confirms the authenticity and precious metal content of our jewellery.
Where a piece falls below the legal weight threshold for hallmarking, it will still be accurately described and stamped with the appropriate metal fineness where possible.
