Each design has been cast using a mould taken from a real ammonite discovered in Charmouth, Dorset — preserving the intricate detail of these ancient forms shaped almost 195 million years ago during the Early Jurassic period.

The Tiny ammonites are from the species Crucilobiceras densinodulum.

The Small and Medium sizes are from the species Promicroceras pyritosum.

Every pair carries a genuine connection to Dorset’s fossil heritage.
